Not at all. Whether this is your first session or your fiftieth, you'll be guided every step of the way in a safe, trauma-informed space.

That’s totally normal, and welcome. Breathwork helps the body release stuck emotions. You’re always in control, and everything that comes up is honored.

Each session starts with intention-setting, followed by guided breathwork and integration. You’ll lie down, wear headphones (for in-person), and be supported throughout.

Yes! Online sessions are just as powerful. You’ll need a quiet and comfortable place to lie down. Many clients love the privacy of doing it at home.
Headphones are preferred, but not required.

Wear comfy clothes and bring water. For in-person: bring a yoga mat and a pillow. Headphones are provided.
For online: have a blanket, journal, and space to move or lie down.

Absolutely, and we’ll move gently. Sessions are designed with nervous system regulation in mind. You’re never pushed; you’re lovingly guided.
