Breathwork is a guided experience using intentional breathing techniques to support:

Shannon is a certified Breathwork Facilitator through Pause Breathwork, a globally recognized, trauma-informed program.

Her sessions blend somatic breathwork with light hypnosis to create a safe, deeply restorative space for personal transformation.

60min - 1:1 Breathwork Session

This personalized 60-minute private breathwork session is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and mind-body healing. You'll be guided through intentional breath patterns that help clear stored stress, reduce anxiety, and bring your body back into a grounded, calm, and centered state.

60 minutes - $150

30min - 1:1 Breathwork Session

This quick but powerful private breathwork session is designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and feel calm and centered, fast. In just 30 minutes, you’ll move through guided breathwork to reset your energy and regain clarity. Perfect for busy schedules and midday resets.

30 minutes - $75

Group Breathwork Journeys

Community group sessions with music, headphones, and powerful themes for release & connection.

Monthly in-person events - 60 minutes - $50 per person

Breathwork + Hypnosis Program

FAQs

  • Not at all. Whether this is your first session or your fiftieth, you'll be guided every step of the way in a safe, trauma-informed space.

  • That’s totally normal, and welcome. Breathwork helps the body release stuck emotions. You’re always in control, and everything that comes up is honored.

  • Each session starts with intention-setting, followed by guided breathwork and integration. You’ll lie down, wear headphones (for in-person), and be supported throughout.

  • Yes! Online sessions are just as powerful. You’ll need a quiet and comfortable place to lie down. Many clients love the privacy of doing it at home.

    Headphones are preferred, but not required.

  • Wear comfy clothes and bring water. For in-person: bring a yoga mat and a pillow. Headphones are provided.

    For online: have a blanket, journal, and space to move or lie down.

  • Absolutely, and we’ll move gently. Sessions are designed with nervous system regulation in mind. You’re never pushed; you’re lovingly guided.

  • Some people do it weekly, others monthly. Trust your body and needs. Coming soon, we will release a 4-week virtual group program with weekly sessions. Frequently check for updates on our site.
