Each 60-minute HeartMath® session is personalized to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll begin with a personal HeartMath assessment to explore how stress is showing up in your system — mentally, emotionally, and physiologically.
You’ll then be guided through coherence techniques designed to create heart coherence at any moment. These practices support your ability to maintain composure, reduce stress, and help you feel and function at your best — no matter what life brings.

Each session begins with a personal assessment to understand how stress shows up in your system. From there, you'll be guided through coherence techniques designed to help you shift into a balanced state. You’ll leave with tools you can use anytime to feel more emotionally steady and mentally clear.

Not at all. While HeartMath does offer optional sensor tools, you don’t need them for our sessions. Everything we do can be practiced without any tech — although I’ll show you how biofeedback works if you’re curious about the technology.

While both are helpful, HeartMath is more focused on emotional regulation and real-time stress reduction. It’s an active practice you can use with your eyes open, in the middle of your day, whenever you feel overwhelmed or disconnected, or just want to relax.
